Donatella Conicella is a lawyer of the Cassino Bar, admitted to the bar since 2000 and admitted to practise before the Italian Supreme Court and the other higher jurisdictions since 2019. A Law graduate of Sapienza University of Rome with full marks, with a course of study focused on civil and corporate law, she has practised at law firms with which she has collaborated on a continuous basis, handling civil and commercial litigation and acquiring direct knowledge of the procedural dynamics governing business disputes.

Her practice focuses on civil and corporate law in its litigation dimension: relations between shareholders, liability of directors and supervisory bodies, contractual disputes, recovery and challenge of claims, oppositions and appeals in insolvency proceedings. Alongside this core area are tax law, both in dealings with the tax authorities and in litigation, and the criminal law issues that corporate and tax matters bring with them, in particular corporate, bankruptcy and tax crimes, which she handles in coordination with the partner responsible for the criminal defence.

She works with Legal Aid as of counsel, handling the civil and corporate component of the firm's proceedings and contributing to the definition of the strategy together with the partners, to whom the law reserves the performance of the engagements entrusted to the firm. In economic criminal proceedings this function is decisive: the position of a director or shareholder is also defended on civil ground, where liability actions brought by the receivership, damages claims by civil parties and the stability of corporate structures during and after the trial are decided.

She personally handles proceedings before the Supreme Court in her areas of practice, drafting appeals and counter-appeals in civil, corporate and tax matters.
