Avv. Antonio Francesco Catanzariti
Lawyer admitted to the bar since 2011, practising at the Milan office
Professional Profile
Antonio Francesco Catanzariti has been admitted to the bar since 2011 and practises with Legal Aid at the Milan office. A Law graduate of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Piacenza campus, he chose criminal law from his traineeship, completed at a leading criminal law firm, where he acquired the working method that characterises his practice: a complete review of the case file, thorough preparation of hearings and direct engagement with the evidence.
At Legal Aid he handles proceedings concerning corporate and bankruptcy crimes, tax, banking and financial crimes and crimes against the public administration, including public procurement, dealing with the investigation phase, precautionary proceedings and trial in coordination with the partner responsible for the defence. His work ensures continuity for the client throughout the proceedings and the availability of a defence lawyer who knows every part of the file.
Alongside economic matters, he covers the areas of criminal law that complete the protection of a business and of the people who run it: liability for workplace accidents and health and safety violations, environmental and planning crimes, crimes against the administration of justice, defence against defamation charges and reputation protection, including in the press and online, and crimes against the person and property. These matters often arise within the same business relationships, and the firm is able to handle them without referring the client to other professionals.
Assistance covers every stage of the proceedings, from preventive advice, when a charge is still hypothetical, to defence at trial, and is based on confidentiality and clarity about how the matter may develop.
